O2 — Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of O2 Breath Hold Trainer (the “App”), provided by TrueBloom Ltd. By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy below.
Purpose and health disclaimer
O2 provides guided breathing exercises, breath-hold tests, CO₂ and O₂ tolerance tables, and training plans for education, fitness and well-being. O2 is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent medical conditions. It does not provide medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a breath-hold training program.
Breath-hold training can cause dizziness, hypoxia and loss of consciousness. Follow every in-app safety instruction. Practice in a safe, dry setting; never use the App for breath-holds in water, while driving or while operating machinery. Stop immediately if you feel unwell. Obtain medical clearance if you are pregnant or have cardiovascular, respiratory or other relevant health concerns. These exercises are not a substitute for qualified freediving instruction or supervision.
Eligibility and license
The Android App is intended for adults aged 18 and over. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with the applicable store rules. Do not use it unlawfully, misuse access codes or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
Lifetime purchase and activation
O2 offers a one-time Lifetime purchase that unlocks additional App features. It is not a subscription. The applicable price is displayed before purchase. Android purchases are processed by Google Play; iOS purchases are processed by Apple. Applicable store payment and refund rules apply. We do not receive your payment-card details. Purchased access can be restored using the applicable store account.
Authorized activation codes may also unlock Lifetime access on an Android device without payment. Code activation is stored on that device and removed when the App is uninstalled or its data is cleared. An authorized reusable code can be entered again. Activation does not create a Google Play purchase or transaction.
Ownership, availability and liability
App content, graphics and software are owned by their respective rights holders. Do not copy or redistribute protected content without permission. The App is provided “as is”; availability and results are not guaranteed. Use it responsibly and within your limits. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law; these terms do not exclude rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and contact
Updates to these terms will be posted here with a revised date. For questions, contact support@truebloom.ltd.
O2 — Privacy Policy
This policy applies to O2 Breath Hold Trainer on Android and iOS. TrueBloom Ltd is responsible for the App. Contact support@truebloom.ltd for privacy questions or requests.
Information stored on your device
O2 does not require an account. Your personal-best breath-hold times, training history and statistics, feedback, safety acknowledgements, health-screening selections, settings and reminder preferences are stored locally. Android also stores local purchase-entitlement and activation state. We do not upload these training or health records to our own servers. The App does not include advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs.
Health Connect and Apple Health
Health integration is optional and requires your permission. On Android, O2 requests permission to write mindfulness sessions to Health Connect. A record contains the completed session’s start and end time and training-plan name. O2 does not request permission to read your Health Connect records. On iOS, permitted completed workouts may be saved to Apple Health. Health data is used only for the requested fitness and well-being integration, and not for advertising, profiling, data brokerage or sale.
You control these integrations in O2 Settings and the platform’s health settings. You can revoke permissions at any time. Health Connect and Apple Health manage which other authorized apps can access their records; O2 does not automatically send those records to other apps or to our servers. Records already written to a health platform may remain after O2 is uninstalled; delete them through that platform’s data controls.
Platform services and purchases
Google Play or Apple processes distribution, payments, ownership checks, refunds and store reviews under its own policies. O2 receives product pricing and purchase-entitlement information needed to unlock and restore access, not your card details. Device notification and speech services handle local reminders and voice guidance. A speech provider may use its own online service according to your device settings and its privacy policy; O2 supplies training cues, not your training history or health-screening selections.
See Google’s Privacy Policy and Apple’s Privacy Policy for their services.
Sharing and support
If you choose to export or share a workout image or video, it is prepared on your device and passed to the app or destination you select. That destination’s terms and privacy policy apply. If you email support, we receive the email and any information or attachments you choose to send and use them to address your request. Avoid including sensitive health information unless needed for your request.
Retention, deletion and security
Local App data remains until you clear the App’s data or uninstall it. Device activation is excluded from Android backup. Health-platform records and app-store purchase records have separate retention and deletion controls. Support correspondence is retained only as necessary to respond, resolve related issues and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal or health data.
O2 uses the platform’s private application storage and permission controls. Device security also depends on your device settings and access controls. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal information you have sent to us, or to object to or restrict its processing. Contact support to exercise those rights.
Children and policy changes
The Android App is intended for adults and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact support. Policy changes will be published on this page with the updated date.
