Terms of Use

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and TrueBloom Ltd ("Company", "we", "us") and governs your use of the Outs application ("App") available through Apple App Store distribution channels.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and the Privacy Policy below. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

Subject to this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices that you own or control, as permitted by applicable app store usage rules.

2. No Real-Money Gambling

Outs is a free poker training and entertainment game. The App does not offer real-money gambling, deposits, withdrawals, betting, cash prizes, sweepstakes prizes, or redeemable rewards. Gameplay outcomes, tournament prizes, gems, chips, XP, ranks, card backs, and chip colors are virtual-only.

3. Virtual Currency and Virtual Items

Gems, chips, cosmetics, leaderboard rank, tournament rewards, freeroll rewards, and other virtual items are a limited license for use inside the App. They have no monetary value, are not property, are not transferable, and cannot be sold, exchanged, withdrawn, or redeemed for money or anything outside the App.

We may adjust, withhold, or remove balances, items, rewards, ranks, or access where needed to correct bugs, address fraud or abuse, operate tests, comply with law, or protect the service.

4. Rewarded Ads

The App may offer optional rewarded ads for virtual gems when you are eligible. Ad availability is not guaranteed. Rewards are granted only after successful ad completion as reported by the App or advertising SDK. If you close or decline an ad, you may not receive the associated virtual reward.

5. Purchases

If real-money purchases are added, they will be processed by the applicable app store billing system. Store refund rules apply. We do not collect or store payment card information.

6. Accounts and Sync

The App may create an anonymous account identifier to sync progress, virtual balance, cosmetics, consent state, diagnostics, and leaderboard state. You are responsible for keeping your device and app access secure.

7. Leaderboards and Virtual Opponents

The App includes AI opponents, virtual table participants, weekly leaderboards, and ranking features for entertainment and training. Rankings are not financial outcomes and have no cash value.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not cheat, automate gameplay, exploit bugs, tamper with balances, attack the service, reverse engineer protected service logic, bypass eligibility rules, or use the App in a way that violates law or third-party rights.

9. Service Availability and Changes

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." Features, rewards, leaderboards, ads, sync, and backend services may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable. We may update this Agreement and may ask you to accept an updated version in the App.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied. The Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from use of the App, virtual balances, ads, leaderboards, data sync, or service interruptions.

11. Third-Party Terms

You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the App, including app store terms, Firebase/Google services where applicable, and advertising network terms. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement where required by Apple rules.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable to TrueBloom Ltd, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.

Privacy Policy

TrueBloom Ltd ("Company", "we", "us") operates the Outs application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information processed through the App.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect and process the following information:

  • Anonymous identifiers - Firebase anonymous authentication ID, app instance identifiers, local player identifiers, and consent state.
  • Gameplay and economy data - hands, sessions, table settings, XP, leaderboard state, gem balance, seated stack, cosmetics, card backs, chip colors, onboarding state, and reward history.
  • Referral data - your invite code, codes you redeem, which player invited whom, invite counts, and referral reward state.
  • Ad data - rewarded ad opportunities, starts, completions, failures, ad interactions, and ad attribution status.
  • Analytics and diagnostics - app events, crash logs, non-fatal errors, device/app technical data, and server request metadata.
  • Store and purchase data - if purchases are added, purchase entitlement state from the applicable app store. We do not collect payment card data.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to operate core gameplay, sync your progress, maintain virtual balances and cosmetics, show and measure rewarded ads, maintain leaderboards, prevent abuse, debug crashes, improve product performance, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Depending on your location, we rely on contractual necessity to provide the App, legitimate interests to maintain and improve the App, consent where required for analytics, attribution, tracking, or optional features, and legal obligations where applicable.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses service providers that may process data for the purposes described here, including:

  • Firebase / Google Cloud - anonymous authentication, Firestore sync, Remote Config, analytics, crash diagnostics, and related infrastructure.
  • Google Mobile Ads / AdMob - rewarded ads, ad delivery, measurement, and attribution.
  • Apple App Store services - app distribution, app review, device platform services, and future purchases if added.
  • Backend hosting and database providers - leaderboard, wallet backup, and service operations.

5. Tracking and App Tracking Transparency

On iOS, the App requests ad attribution permission through Apple's AppTrackingTransparency system prompt where required. You can decline tracking permission and still use the App. Denying tracking may make ads less relevant or reduce attribution accuracy.

Where required (for example in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland), the App shows Google's certified consent form before any ads are requested, and ads are served according to your consent choices.

6. Virtual Currency

Virtual gems, chips, cosmetics, XP, and ranks have no real-world cash value. Balance and reward data is processed only to operate the App, restore progress, prevent abuse, and support gameplay.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain data for as long as needed to operate the App, maintain virtual progress, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

You can erase your data at any time in the App via Settings → Delete my data. This permanently removes your statistics, leaderboard entries, weekly scores, display name, and virtual gem balance from your device and our servers. To keep one-time bonuses from being claimed repeatedly, we retain a minimal, depersonalized fraud-prevention record after deletion: a random account identifier, a flag that one-time bonuses were already granted, referral relationships, and the list of unlocked cosmetic items. This record contains no name, no contact details, and no gameplay history, and we process it on the basis of our legitimate interest in preventing abuse. 8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or port your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@truebloom.ltd.

9. International Transfers

Data may be processed in countries other than your country of residence. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

10. Children's Privacy

Outs is intended for adults (18+) and is rated accordingly in the app stores. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

On iOS, the App uses Apple's Declared Age Range system feature, which shares only an age-range signal — we never receive or store your birthdate. On Android, the date of birth you enter is checked on your device only; we store a yes/no adult flag and do not transmit or retain the date itself.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the App changes. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. If required, the App may ask you to review updated terms or notices.
