2. Scope of License
This license does not allow you to use the App on any device that you do not own or control, and you may not distribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App. You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the App or any updates or any part thereof.
3. Subscriptions
The App offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features:
- Monthly Premium — billed monthly at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
- Annual Premium — billed annually at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings in the App Store after purchase.
4. Free and Premium Features
The App provides free access to job listings, search, and filters. Premium subscription unlocks AI-powered resume tailoring and related features.

6. AI Resume Processing & Data Consent
The App offers an AI-powered resume tailoring feature ("Resume Service"). By using the Resume Service, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Consent to processing. You voluntarily submit your resume text and consent to its transmission to and processing by our servers and third-party AI service providers (including Anthropic, Inc.) for the sole purpose of generating tailored resume content.
- Nature of data. Resume text may contain personal data, including but not limited to your name, employment history, education, skills, and contact information. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.
- No guarantee of accuracy. AI-generated content is provided "as is." The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, suitability, or effectiveness of any tailored resume. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and using any AI-generated output.
- No employment guarantee. The Company makes no representations or warranties that use of the Resume Service will result in job interviews, employment offers, or any particular outcome.
- Data retention. Your resume and tailored versions are stored on our servers and associated with an anonymous device identifier. You may delete all your resume data at any time through the App. Upon deletion, all associated data is permanently removed from our servers.
- Third-party AI processing. Your resume text is sent to third-party AI providers for processing. These providers may process your data according to their own terms and privacy policies. By using the Resume Service, you consent to such third-party processing.
- No sensitive data. You agree not to include sensitive personal data in your resume submissions, including but not limited to government identification numbers, financial account numbers, health information, or information revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, or sexual orientation, unless such inclusion is strictly necessary and you accept all associated risks.
7. Consent to Use of Technical Data
You agree that the Company may collect and use technical data and related information, including but not limited to technical information about your device, system and application software, and peripherals, that is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support, and other services to you related to the App. The Company may use this information to improve its products or to provide services or technologies to you, as long as it is in a form that does not personally identify you.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the App or the Resume Service; (b) any resume content you submit; (c) any AI-generated content you use; (d) your violation of this Agreement; or (e) your violation of any rights of another party.
9. Assumption of Risk
YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE APP AND THE RESUME SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL CONSEQUENCES ARISING FROM YOUR SUBMISSION OF PERSONAL DATA, YOUR USE OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT, AND ANY RELIANCE ON INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE APP.
10. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or the Company. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and destroy all copies.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP, INCLUDING THE RESUME SERVICE AND ALL AI-GENERATED CONTENT, IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, NOR DOES IT MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR QUALITY OF ANY INFORMATION, CONTENT, OR AI-GENERATED OUTPUT OBTAINED THROUGH THE APP.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH: (A) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP; (B) ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT; (C) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA; (D) ANY THIRD-PARTY CONDUCT; OR (E) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE APP. THE COMPANY'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THE COMPANY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
13. Third-Party Terms
You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App. You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Apple will have the right to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

Privacy Policy
Last updated: February 18, 2026
TrueBloom Ltd ("Company", "we", "us") operates the Work Remotely application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following information:
- Device identifier — an anonymous, randomly generated identifier stored in your device's Keychain, used to associate your data with your device. This identifier persists across app reinstalls but is not linked to your Apple ID or any personal identity.
- Device information — device model, operating system version, and app version for compatibility and troubleshooting.
- Usage data — anonymous analytics about how you use the App, such as features accessed and session duration.
- Subscription data — subscription status is managed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We do not collect or store your payment information.
- Resume data — if you use the AI Resume Tailoring feature, the resume text you submit is stored on our servers, associated with your anonymous device identifier. This data may contain personal information such as your name, employment history, education, skills, and contact details.
- Tailored resume outputs — AI-generated resume versions are stored on our servers, associated with your anonymous device identifier.
- Favorites — saved job listings are stored locally on your device using SwiftData and are not transmitted to our servers.
2. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
For users in the EU/EEA and UK, we process your data on the following legal bases:
- Consent — you provide explicit consent before submitting any resume data for AI processing. You may withdraw consent at any time by deleting your resume through the App.
- Contractual necessity — processing is necessary to provide you with the services you have subscribed to.
- Legitimate interest — we process technical and usage data to maintain and improve the App.
3. How We Use Information
We use the collected information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the App
- Deliver job listings from our API
- Process and store your resume for AI tailoring
- Generate tailored resume versions using third-party AI services
- Send push notifications if you have opted in
- Diagnose technical issues
4. Third-Party Services & Data Transfers
The App uses the following third-party services:
- Apple App Store — for subscription management and payment processing.
- Apple Push Notification Service — for delivering push notifications.
- Anthropic, Inc. (San Francisco, USA) — for AI-powered resume tailoring. When you use the Resume Service, your resume text is transmitted to Anthropic's API for processing. Anthropic processes this data according to their Privacy Policy and API Usage Policy. Per Anthropic's commercial API terms, data submitted through the API is not used to train their models.
Your resume data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States and the United Kingdom. By using the Resume Service, you explicitly consent to such international data transfers. Where required by applicable law, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other approved transfer mechanisms.
Job listings link to external websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
Resume data and tailored versions are stored on our servers for as long as you choose to retain them. You may delete all your resume data at any time through the App's Resume tab (menu → Delete Resume). Upon deletion, all your resume data and tailored versions are permanently and irreversibly removed from our servers. Local data (favorites, preferences) remains on your device and is removed when you delete the App. The anonymous device identifier persists in your device's Keychain and may survive app deletion; you can reset it by resetting your device's Keychain.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access — you can view your resume data directly in the App at any time.
- Right to rectification — you can edit your resume at any time through the App.
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") — you can permanently delete all your resume data through the App.
- Right to withdraw consent — you may withdraw consent to AI processing at any time by deleting your resume. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing performed prior to withdrawal.
- Right to data portability — your resume text is accessible in the App and can be copied at any time.
- Right to lodge a complaint — EU/EEA users may file a complaint with their local Data Protection Authority. UK users may contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
For CCPA/CPRA (California): We do not sell or share your personal information. You have the right to know what data we collect, request deletion, and opt out of any sale (though we do not sell data). For LGPD (Brazil): You have analogous rights under Brazilian law, including the right to access, correct, anonymize, block, or delete your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted communications (TLS/HTTPS), access controls, and secure server infrastructure. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 17. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted data through the App, contact us and we will promptly delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (e.g., through the App). Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
10. Data Controller
The data controller for the purposes of applicable data protection law is: TrueBloom Ltd, registered in England and Wales. For data protection inquiries, contact us at hello@truebloom.ltd.
